Terms of Use

Event Smart Solutions is operated by Baran Çınar Kılıç Şahıs İşletmesi. We provide event software for hosts, participants, workers, sponsors, access management, place catalog publishing, QR operations, support, and related tools.

• Hosts create and manage events, access settings, capacity, place catalogs, content, staff roles, sponsors, and event operations.
• Participants use the mobile app to join events, view event information, browse place menus and prices, receive updates, and use event features.
• Workers and sponsors receive limited operational access for assigned scan points or event tasks.
• Each user must keep account credentials secure and use the platform lawfully.

Event Smart Solutions provides the technology and operational layer for event enablement, access, capacity, place catalogs, QR operations, and participant engagement. In the current service, Event Smart Solutions does not collect participant ticket payments or participant place-order payments. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, delivery, and performance of the events, information, menus, prices, products, and services they publish.

The platform-collected payment in the current service is the organizer payment to Event Smart Solutions for event enablement, capacity, and plan-gated software. Package price, capacity, KDV/VAT status, payment-provider charges where applicable, bank or installment costs, and legally applicable deductions are disclosed in the relevant commercial terms, quote, invoice, or host payment screen.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, events, content, places, menus, QR points, or transactions where needed for legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, safety, fraud prevention, prohibited-category enforcement, or platform integrity.

Mandatory consumer rights, competent courts or arbitration authorities, liability limits, and dispute-handling rules apply as described in these terms and applicable law.
