• Creating and managing host and participant accounts.
• Operating event modules, tickets, vendor purchases, QR scans, support, refunds, and notifications.
• Performing payout onboarding and marketplace payment operations through iyzico.
• Providing security, abuse prevention, audits, logs, error monitoring, and service continuity.
• Complying with consumer law, tax, accounting, payment, legal-request, and dispute obligations.

Processing may rely on establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, explicit consent where required, and other legal grounds permitted under KVKK Articles 5 and 6.

Data may be transferred to hosts, authorized event staff, payment providers, hosting and storage providers, email and push providers, app stores, support and monitoring providers, legal/accounting advisors, public authorities, courts, and legally authorized institutions when necessary for the stated purposes.

Some providers may process data outside Türkiye. Cross-border transfers use the applicable legal basis, contractual controls, consent where required, and provider safeguards described in this notice and related platform records.

Data may be collected through websites, mobile apps, APIs, account forms, event configuration, payment-provider flows, QR scans, uploads, cookies or similar technologies, support channels, email, app-store flows, and automated technical logs.
