Participant Terms

Participant rules for accounts, event access, tickets, vendor purchases, QR use, and support.

Effective date:

1. Participant Account

Participants accept the main Terms and Privacy/KVKK notices during account creation. Purchase screens may still show concise payment, refund, and seller notices before confirmation.

2. Purchase Confirmation

Every QR or in-app purchase requires participant confirmation of seller, item, and amount. If payment fails, the order remains unpaid and the vendor must not provide the item or service.

3. Tickets and QR Use

Tickets and vendor order QRs are personal to the account unless the platform explicitly enables transfer. Refunded, invalid, duplicate, expired, or unauthorized QR codes may be rejected at entry or delivery.

4. Refund Requests

Confirmed purchases are not voluntarily refundable. Participants may open a support ticket within 3 days after the event or order completion for cancellation, failed delivery, duplicate charge, payment error, unauthorized transaction claim, legal obligation, or another platform/service problem.

5. Conduct

Participants must not harass others, misuse QR codes, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with event operations, or bypass payment or access controls.

Language

These English pages are provided for convenience. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
