Participant Terms

Participants accept the main Terms and Privacy/KVKK notices during account creation. The current participant experience supports event access, event information, updates, media, messaging where enabled, place catalogs, and QR-based event operations.

Event Smart Solutions does not collect participant ticket payments or participant place-order payments in the current service. Place menus, item descriptions, and prices are shown as catalog information for the event experience.

QR codes and QR scan results are personal to the account or event role unless the platform explicitly enables another use. Invalid, duplicate, expired, unauthorized, or wrong-context QR codes may be rejected at entry, booth, activity, sponsor, place, or other event scan points.

Participants may contact support for account access, event access, QR problems, media or safety issues, privacy requests, or other platform problems. Money paid outside Event Smart Solutions is handled by the relevant organizer, venue, place, or payment recipient unless applicable law says otherwise.

Participants must not harass others, misuse QR codes, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with event operations, or bypass access controls.
