How to submit privacy and KVKK requests to Event Smart Solutions.

1. Where to Send Requests

Send KVKK and privacy requests to kvkk@eventsmartsolutions.com. Legal notices should be sent to legal@eventsmartsolutions.com; general support should be sent to support@eventsmartsolutions.com.

2. What to Include

  • Your name and contact email.
  • The account or event related to the request, if any.
  • A clear description of the request, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, transfer information, or account deletion.
  • Information reasonably needed to verify your identity. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents unless requested.

3. Response Process

We review requests, verify identity where needed, check whether legal retention or dispute obligations apply, and respond through a durable communication channel. Some requests may require coordination with hosts, payment providers, app stores, or legally authorized institutions.
