1. Host Service Transaction
Where distance-sales or remote-service information rules apply, the host payment terms identify the host, Event Smart Solutions, the event enablement service, package/capacity scope, price, taxes or fees where applicable, payment method, activation method, cancellation/refund rules, support path, and legal notices.
2. Participant Commerce Exclusion
Participant ticket payments and participant place-order payments are not collected through Event Smart Solutions in the current service. Place menus and prices shown in the participant experience are catalog information unless a later written commercial setup states otherwise.
3. Platform Role and Evidence
Event Smart Solutions may record the applicable legal text, acceptance timestamp, locale, IP/user-agent where available, quote or payment reference, and provider reference to support accounting, payment, support, legal, and dispute handling obligations.
