Distance Sales Agreement Framework

Distance sales terms must be generated per order. The final order-specific agreement should identify the buyer, seller/service provider, event or vendor item, price, taxes/fees where applicable, payment method, delivery or performance method, cancellation/refund rules, support path, and legal notices.

Many event tickets and event-time services are tied to a specific date or period. Turkish distance-sales rules may restrict withdrawal rights for certain fixed-date accommodation, food, entertainment, leisure, or similar services where applicable law permits that exception.

Event Smart Solutions records the applicable legal text, acceptance timestamp, locale, IP/user-agent where available, order reference, and payment reference to support consumer-law evidence and dispute handling.
