• Gambling or betting.
• Adult or sexual services.
• Weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit products, hate, harassment, or fraudulent services.
• Unauthorized medical, financial, legal, or professional promises.

Alcohol, tobacco, age-restricted products, fundraising, political or public campaign activity, regulated health claims, financial/legal/professional services, and similar high-risk categories require manual approval and evidence before publication.

Alcohol or tobacco may be supported only where the seller has the required licenses/permits, the event context legally allows it, age verification and other legal controls are satisfied, and Event Smart Solutions manually approves the seller/category.

We may remove content, block sales, pause payouts, request evidence, suspend sellers, cancel orders, report illegal activity, or cooperate with authorities and payment providers where required.
