• Adult or sexual services.
• Weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit products, hate, harassment, or fraudulent services.
• Unauthorized medical, financial, legal, or professional promises.

Alcohol, tobacco, age-restricted products, fundraising, political or public campaign activity, regulated health claims, financial/legal/professional services, and similar high-risk categories require manual approval and evidence before publication.

Alcohol or tobacco may be supported only where the host or relevant place operator has the required licenses/permits, the event context legally allows it, age verification and other legal controls are satisfied, and Event Smart Solutions manually approves the category.

We may remove content, restrict events, disable menus or QR points, request evidence, suspend accounts, report illegal activity, or cooperate with authorities, banks, and payment providers where required.
