How to contact support, request refund review, or escalate legal/privacy matters.

1. Support Channels

2. Refund and Delivery Issues
Participants should open support/refund tickets from the app where available. If app access is not available, email support with the event name, order reference, purchase email, short description, and relevant evidence.
3. Response and Escalation
Support may request more information, contact the host/vendor, pause affected payout, approve or reject refund review, escalate to legal/payment provider review, or close unsupported requests.
Language
These English pages are provided for convenience. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
