What you do as a host
1. Create and brand your event
Set name, theme color, dates, location, documents, and publish when ready. Web and mobile host apps stay in sync.
2. Configure modules

3. Control access and capacity
Define ticket/access options, segments, and attendee limits. The system keeps capacity and entry rules aligned with the event setup.
4. Manage places, menus, and prices
Add places or stands, upload menus or PDFs, and show item descriptions and prices as a participant catalog. ESS does not collect participant place-order payments in the current flow.
5. Assign scan points to staff
Create scan points for gate, sponsor, place, booth, or activity tracking. Issue codes to workers and sponsors so they operate scoped scans without admin access.
6. Push updates and run polls
Send instant or scheduled announcements. Run multi-step polls before, during, or after the event.
7. Track adoption, engagement, and ROI
See check-in rates, daily actives, feature adoption, sponsor engagement, and place activity. Export when your plan includes advanced reporting.

One ESS payment scope
The platform-collected payment is the organizer's event enablement payment to Event Smart Solutions. It unlocks the paid event plan, capacity, and plan-gated software capabilities.

The organizer pays ESS for the event plan, enforced attendee capacity, and paid host-side capabilities.
Catalog-only participant commerce
Participants can see place menus, item descriptions, and prices, but ESS does not collect participant ticket or place-order card payments in the current flow.
Plan-gated operations
Sponsors, QR Ops, advanced exports, and participant-facing ESS badge removal become live only when the required plan is enabled.
