Privacy Policy

Event Smart Solutions is operated by Baran Çınar Kılıç Şahıs İşletmesi. This Privacy Policy covers the marketing site, host web portal, host mobile app, participant mobile app, support channels, and related APIs.

Participants use the mobile app. The participant web app is not a public launch surface; public participant links from the marketing site point to App Store or Google Play where available.

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone where provided, organization, language, role, and account status.
• Host data: event details, organization details, billing identity, tax or invoice details where required, plan/capacity selections, restricted-category evidence, and related verification status.
• Participant data: event joins, access states, QR scan states, support tickets, messages, blocks, media activity, and notification settings.
• Host payment data: event enablement orders, payment status, invoice or receipt records, provider references, and refund or cancellation records where applicable. Full card numbers are not stored by Event Smart Solutions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser or app metadata, request logs, device push tokens, security events, error diagnostics, cookie choices, and contact-form submissions.

We process data to create and operate events, authenticate users, manage event access and QR verification, publish place menus and prices as catalog information, send service messages, provide host analytics, secure the platform, answer requests, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, payment, and consumer-protection obligations.

Marketing emails, promotional push notifications, advertising cookies, and similar promotional processing require separate opt-in consent where required. Transactional service messages are sent for platform operation.

Event hosts and authorized event staff can access information needed to operate their events. Workers and sponsors only receive scoped operational access such as gate, place, or engagement scan tasks.

Service providers may include the payment service provider and banking partners disclosed for host event enablement payments; Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution; Microsoft 365 for business email and support; Railway or the production database/API hosting provider; Cloudflare R2 for file storage; Expo for push notification delivery; Sentry or equivalent for error monitoring; and analytics providers only when enabled through consent.

We may share information with public authorities, courts, payment providers, banks, legal advisors, accountants, or regulators where required by law, dispute handling, fraud prevention, payment defense, or platform safety.

The platform-collected payment in the current service is the organizer payment to Event Smart Solutions for event enablement, capacity, and plan-gated software. Payments are processed through the payment provider disclosed in the applicable host payment screen or commercial document. Event Smart Solutions stores only provider references needed to operate authorized host payments and does not store full card numbers or CVV.

Participant ticket payments and participant place-order payments are not collected through Event Smart Solutions in the current service. Place menus, items, and prices are displayed as catalog information unless a later written commercial setup states otherwise.

Normal account and profile data is deleted or anonymized after a valid account deletion request, unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, payment, dispute, or consumer-protection reasons.

Financial records, host payment records, support tickets, cancellation or refund records, security logs, and payment evidence may be retained under restricted access for the legally required period, including tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, payment, dispute, and consumer-protection retention duties where applicable.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, information about transfers, or other rights available under KVKK Article 11 or other applicable data-protection law.
