Host and Seller Terms

Rules for hosts and vendors who publish paid events, tickets, products, or services.

Effective date:

1. Seller Eligibility

V1 paid hosts and vendors must be Türkiye-based sellers with Turkish identity or company details, a Turkish IBAN, and an approved iyzico submerchant/payout profile before publishing paid tickets, products, or vendor sales.

2. Seller Types

  • Individual / personal seller.
  • Şahıs işletmesi / private company.
  • Limited or joint-stock company.

3. Publishing Gate

Hosts and vendors may draft paid events or products before payout approval, but cannot publish or sell paid items until payout onboarding is approved. Existing payouts may be blocked if seller details later become invalid, incomplete, rejected, or legally risky.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Keep event, ticket, vendor, menu, price, capacity, tax, contact, and license information accurate.
  • Hold all permits, licenses, and rights required for the event, goods, services, alcohol, tobacco, age-restricted products, music, images, venue use, and staff operations.
  • Respond to participant support/refund disputes within 48 hours when seller input is required.
  • Do not publish prohibited categories or restricted categories without manual approval and required evidence.

5. Payouts

Default payout approval occurs after event or order completion plus a 3-day review window. If a dispute, refund request, chargeback, fraud signal, legal request, failed KYC, wrong IBAN, or provider issue exists, the affected payout may be paused until resolved.

If payout fails because seller details are incomplete or wrong, the payout remains blocked until the seller fixes the issue. A seller payout failure does not automatically create a participant refund if the event or order was completed.

These English pages are provided for convenience. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
